| What is a Consortium?
Our model is to sponsor a study based on our continual dialog with key financial, logistic and supply chain professionals. We recruit participants. In this model, all participants share in the costs of creating the intellectual capital. Studies typically have these features:
- Highly interactive (typically done on client site)
- Participants are peers to ensure a bi-directional learning process
- Done confidentially
We also work on a model where the initiating company will ask us to recruit participants. Under this model, the initiating company does research to identify what companies appear to "best-in-class". A small group of these companies (typically 4-6 companies) is approached to see if they would cooperate on a study; i.e. become "partners". |
